We’re a small team of teachers and practitioners working across meditation, breathwork and related disciplines.

Marcus
Founder, Teacher & Facilitator
Marcus co-founded The Sattva Life and leads meditation, breathwork and kriya-based sessions.
He is trained in Sattva Meditation, therapeutic breathwork and Kriya Yoga, and has extensive experience guiding both group and one-on-one practices.
His teaching focuses on making traditional techniques clear, structured and usable in everyday life.

Cassie
Founder, Teacher & Facilitator
Cass co-founded The Sattva Life and teaches meditation, breathwork and movement-based practices.
Her work draws on Kundalini and Tantric traditions, with a focus on helping people build a consistent, sustainable practice.
Alongside Marcus, she runs courses, workshops and teacher training programs, and facilitates retreats both locally and internationally.

Omsai Ayurveda
Nutritionist & Consultant
Annette brings Ayurvedic nutrition and lifestyle guidance into The Sattva Life offering.
She works with individuals and groups through consultations, workshops and retreat programs, focusing on practical, tailored approaches to health and wellbeing.
Her work includes nutrition planning, lifestyle support and cooking-based education.
